Brent,
I took a look at your web site and I am curious, roughly what your houses cost to build per Sq. Ft.? I have been interested in finding Modernist resources in Utah and this is the first time I've seen anything on the web. I'm glad to know there are other people in the area interested.
You say you are building a loft type space around liberty park. Is this an in-fill type of thing or are you converting a buildign that is already there? Give us more details.

As a former Utah resident, I'm very happy to see some modern influence moving in there. When I was there, I lived in a house that is very modern, and sold it to a man who has made it his life work to turn it into a beautiful modern gem. It is on Evergreen Lane, off of 3300 South near Highland Drive, not far from Sugarhouse. If you're interested, I may be able to contact him to see if you could see the house. You can't see much from the street -- it is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Good luck to you!
Hello,
I won't bother with any intros just yet. There is a very interesting modern dwelling that is going up in my neighborhood (Sugarhouse). It is about 1600 East and Blaine, which is about 1750 south. You can't miss it. I believe it is inhabited now, and although it looks fabricated, I would guess that it is not. The house fits in to the odd lot well. I'll go spend some time on the intros page now.
