This forum is really dead, anyone still here?

We are pretty new to the SLC area, and having a hard time finding a modern home builder. We have scoured the MLS and haven't found much to our liking (don't care for bi-level homes at all!)

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. We aren't super wealthy, not building in the swankier areas, but having to compromise in the Bountiful/NSL/Layton area, due to large distances between our two places of employment.

I have been in contact with Irontown homes, who have worked with SageModern in the past, but they aren't doing a good job of listening to our needs so far.

Things are pretty slow on this forum, but there is some great stuff going on in SLC.  Shoot me an email and I'll give you the scoop on the latest modern architects and builders that we have in SLC. There are some surprisingly good ones.
