Modern prefab

i am looking at modern prefab ideas for investment homes. i think twin cities is starving for modern architecture. researching many alternatives on the web seems to be focused on warmer climate homes. not sure if they are able to be as weatherproof as needed for MN.

any thoughts?

Lazor office and Hive modular are based in MN. So are the weeHouse people. MKD's homes have been sold into locations in WA and Canada that might have a similar climate. You can see these projects listed at www.fabprefab.com
