I'm curious to know how this plays out as well. The website gives us nada. Do you know if these are actually under construction at this point?

I have been watching the new modernish The Mist condo development go up on Lake Mtka for the last three years and being that there doesn't seem to be a mad rush of sales on those, I can't see how a lower profile development on a lower profile lake with an even smaller target audience will fly.
But I'm not a real estate mogul then am I?

I just bought 2 lots on minnetonka on priests bay. I'll be building 2 modern homes on them in the next year.

I hope the long lake development goes well.

The Mist missed the condo craze and will suffer because they have no real lake access. I'm not sure how they are selling but would think things are a little slow.

There were a couple more renderings on the Long Lake homes on realtor.com listing. I don't think there is any construction going on yet.

Went by and no construction yet.  Old Billy's Lighthouse is still sitting there.  Long Lake must be too far from downtown for a modern development.
