Free Kitchen Bath Design!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am currently working on updating and enlarging my portfolio. I have 19 years experience in “high end” Kitchen Baths, millwork, custom furniture, entertainment centers, pool house kitchens, outdoor kitchens, bars, home offices, boardroom tables, executive desks, custom exhaust hoods etc. etc.
I am only looking for kitchen projects at this time (new homes or remodels) but I might take on other interesting subjects. While I can suggest sources for materials I would be able to work with your suppliers. If you request a source from myself there would be no finders fees or any under the table deals (interior designers are famous for this).
Depending on the project and the value it would add to my portfolio. I can produce plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, lighting plans, mechanical rough-ins, countertop fabrication drawings, tile layouts etc. All would be hand drawn, as I don’t have access to AutoCAD at this time.
I have worked with copper, stainless steel, tile, glass, marble granite, engineered stones, corian, wood, veneers, laminates and many other materials. Also high-end domestic and european appliances and plumbing fixtures.
This offer is for projects in the St. Louis Metro East areas only. And while I would prefer the project be along the lines of “modern design” I would consider and have extensive experience in other styles.
I must be very straightforward and say that I’m only looking for “real” projects. I am not interested in providing a set of drawings that will be shopped around to the local area kitchen bath dealers. Also not interested in designing a “what-if we had the money” or a “someday we will build it dream kitchen”. At a minimum my process would take at least 20- 30 hours of my time, of which I have little extra. Serious party’s only!
Is there a catch? Yes, two!! One, to photograph the finished project and two, a letter from you stating your feelings about the finished project (positive or negative).

If you decide to expand this offer to Ballwin, please let me know. We are serious about a remodel.
E-mail me at ilrt66@hotmail.com and let me know about your project. I can't get with you until the first of january. November /December are crazy months in the kitchen & Bath biz as everyone wants projects wrapped up by the holidays.
