KENNETH K. PETERS IS A THIEF! I was robbed by Inhabit. I ordered and paid for a couch over 9 weeks ago. The store has since closed and covered the windows with paper and some fake inventory sale signs. A letter on the door says they are restructuring the company and to call to schedule furniture pick up. Their phone # has since been disconnected. I looked up Inhabit on bbb.org (Better Business Bureau). There apperars to be a pattern forming. It told me that Inhabit was owned by Kenneth K. Peters who also owned Humble Abode. Humble Abode has a long list of unresolved and unpursuable complaints. So, be aware of any new stores popping up. Do not buy anything from a store owned by Kenneth K. Peters!
Lisa,
I have never done a search under my name before and I was shocked to read your remarks. When we closed that store, we made sure that everyone who didn't pay by credit card was refunded. The customers who paid by credit cards were issued refunds and the credit card companies issued charge-backs to us. If you experienced something different you can contact me @ 1kkp@sbcglobal.net . I'm sorry for the mess, our sales dropped 50% in one year and we lost everything (personal and business assets). Hope you get this message.
