As seen on HGTV's "What you get for the money" in January 2007. Not your typical cookie cutter home. Step inside to an open interior space that feels like a downtown modern loft.
If you know anyone looking for a house in the St. Charles/St. Peters/O'Fallon area please send them our way. We are asking $175,000 which is right in the middle of what homes like ours are selling for. Those of you who have been to our house know first hand how well this house is maintained.

I won't go into details about the house. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=2537081

Dan and Tiffany,
The interior of your house is amazing. I would never look at the house to buy judging from the outside. But inside it's wonderfully contemporary.
You have excellent taste. If you have not already sold it, good luck on doing so quickly. The combination of curb appeal for the average buyer with an interior ready to go contemporary should lead to a quicker sale. I particularly like the flooring.
I am inspired to redo our interior toward more contemporary instead of building a new home (which I aspire to do, with lots of angles and glass).
