Architecturally significant home, designed by Paul Kirk in 1954, offered for sale. Please come to our open house Sunday 7/16/06, 1-4pm. 10407 NE 113th Place, Kirkland 98033. Price: $639K

4BR/2Bths, about 2000 sq. ft. Suffered a very bad remodel in the '80's. The current owners could not restore so they did a Dwell-type remodel with a decent IKEA-type kitchen w/beech cabinets, granite counters, stainless, etc.. I would call it a sympathetic sensitive remodel. It still has the clerestory and walls of windows, exposed beam ceilings, angled walls and double-side pass-through fireplace. It's cool.
