LAND, please!

Hello all. So, I'm seriously thinking about taking the plunge with a glidehouse. Now, I have to start the budget and that begins with finding land. I live in Seattle and would like to stay as close to it as possible. Anyone have land and want to subdivide? Or, know a developer willing to part with a lot for (hopefully) a decent price? If anyone has thoughts or suggestions, please reply. Thanks!
