moving to Seattle / modern restaurant design

Hello. I am an architect (un-licensed) moving to Seattle this summer / fall. I am currently practicing modern residential and restaurant design in Los Angeles. I have found a number of offices that focus on modern residential, but very few that do modern restaurant design. Any suggestions?
