Hi. I wouldn't normally try to promote my listings in a forum setting, but I need some of you modernists to check out this great house just north of Seattle. Edmonds is known for its views, great schools, and the ferry boats, but it also has some amazing architecture that is not appreciated by the typical Edmonds resident.

With the exception of the 90's vinyl flooring in the kitchen, this house is completely original and is just waiting for the right buyer to come along and update it without ruining it. At $167/SF, this is a steal compared to the surrounding homes ($280-$340/sf). Please help me get the word out!
