The address is 600 Timber Lane, approximately 3 blocks south of the University of Central Oklahoma. The home was designed by Conner & Pojezny and it received an AIA Honor Award in 1954. Additionally, the house was featured in House Beautiful magazine during the same period. The house does need some restoration but the price is reasonable considering the oversized lot and the quality neighborhood. That's great!  My Aunt & Uncle lived across the street from that house for many years.
