Mid-Century House For Sale - Edmond, Oklahoma

THIS HOUSE HAS SOLD. For anyone interested there is a mid-century modern house for sale in Edmond, Oklahoma. The address is 600 Timber Lane, approximately 3 blocks south of the University of Central Oklahoma. The home was designed by Conner & Pojezny and it received an AIA Honor Award in 1954. Additionally, the house was featured in House Beautiful magazine during the same period. The house does need some restoration but the price is reasonable considering the oversized lot and the quality neighborhood. The house is not marked with a realtor sign because the owner wants a private sale. Interested parties may contact me at japousonian@yahoo.com and I will forward the owners contact details.

That's great! My Aunt & Uncle lived across the street from that house for many years.

Its a great house.

P.S. - It really is a nice neighborhood. I have many fond memories growing up there.

Edmond is a wonderful place to live.
