New Orleans help?

Posted by Andrew Brott at July 11. 2006

For reasons I have listed on the other forum board go to: http://livemodern.com/forums/dwell/building/865556865521
I have to build my new home in New Orleans using Modular construction techniques. Have G.C.ed my own projects in the past, and hoped to use: open celled blown foam insulation, good windows, solar water heaters, front loading waher/dryers, ect. on my next project. Are there any green modular builders I can use that won't cost me over $200/ sq-ft.?
Warm regards,
Andrew Brott
