Just wanted to give y'all a heads up on an upcoming auction for a piece of land (25' x 103', R5 residential) near Prospect Park in Brooklyn. Minimum bid is $100K. It looks like a great opportunity to build a large modern single-/multi- family residence within a couple of miles of Manhattan. You would not believe how tempted I am to bid... but my hands/finances are preoccupied with my house project on Long Island. Perhaps some of us could form a partnership on this? :zz:
