Hi, We’ll be putting our Mid Century Modern house built in 1965 on the market very soon. It has two bedrooms, two full baths, a fireplace, open living/dinning room, and den in the main house. The guesthouse has one large bedroom and full bath on the top floor and studio and half bath on the first. The guesthouse is connected to the main house with a covered catwalk. There are two very private acres with a stream, an inground swimming pool, and lake rights. The previous owners used it just as a summer home, but we’ve been using it on weekends year round because it’s so close to the city, and lots of people commute everyday. Warwick is great with a drive-in-theater, skiing, and lots more to do. We’ll have it on the Market by the end of the month for under $500,000. What a beautiful property. I would like to see more of the inside- bedrooms, bathrooms, and guest house. I am looking for a property like this, but I am not sure that commuting will do.
