Hello,  I have two lots that are located within about 45 mins from the city.  One lot is approximately 1.5 acres and is located on Long Island with no restrictions.  The other lot is located in Westchester County and is probably more like an hour from the city.  It is .75 acres and also has no restrictions.  Both parcels are out of the flood plain and has utilities.  My father has several other peices of property in other areas near the city if you are interested.  Please email me at  kellieanniston@hotmail.com with more info as to a price range and your locationa and I will be happy to send you photos and better descriptions.  I am not a realtor or anything like that, I just have several peices of property that I am selling to downsize a little.

Thanks
