Looking to buy modern house in Raleigh

I am searching for a modern house in Raleigh or nearby to buy.  I would appreciate any leads.  

I put an offer on a house last week, but were out-bid - and now heart-broken!

If you are still in the market, I am going to be putting a modern house up for sale in the next couple of months.  It is in Durham, a couple of miles from Duke in the Duke Forest area off Erwin.  Easy commute to RTP etc.  It is a custom design that I have been building for my wife and I.  She got a job in Washington DC that we can't pass up, so we have decided to sell it.  I am a builder and designer, and I was doing it for myself, so the quality is high.  Few details:  It is a green built home using SIPs, zero VOC finishes, passive solar and solar hot water.  Two story, butterfly roof, cedar stained cypress siding with Cembonit accents, rain screen siding  detail for durability.  Roof deck, double height great room. 3 bed, 3 bath about 2000 sq ft.  If you want me to send you an email when we get it finished and ready to sell, I would be happy to do that.  Should be late June or July.  Thanks- Josh
