The Breezehouse looks nice. Is that middle area essentially outside or am I not seeing glass? Looks like it'll be on the pricer side unfortunately.

Check the "interior" rendering. It shows the glass folding wall off to the far left. The same folding glass wall is at the back end of the Breezeroom.

I like the BreezeHouse! The floor plan reminds me of the Jones Emmons designed, Eichler built all-steel house in the US Gypsum Research Village project in Illinois, 1954. I would like to see some roofline options, though.

Thumbs up to michelle!

I am wondering how energy efficient those folding doors are? I live in the Seattle WA area, and so it never gets too cold, but I am concerned about their energy efficiency...I wouldn't want a drafty breeze way on a cold day. What do you say Marshall? :)

The Nanawalls that we use in the Breezehouse are compliant with National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) standards:
1. NFRC 100, Procedure for Determining Fenestration Product Thermal Materials.
2. NFRC 200, Procedure for Determining Solar Heat Gain Coefficient.

I've started a new forum for the Sunset Breezehouse modular home. Please post your questions/comments about it there.
