Side Breezehouse

This new variation ROCKS! A 2 story Glidehouse morphing into a Breeze, with a more workable urban footprint. Just scaling, it appears that the 2 story portion is 60' long and divided into 2 modules. I am curious (since transportation costs are heavy), how many truckloads are required for the standard Side Breeze as shown? And thank you, Michelle, for great work and realizing that we own cars!

The Side Breeze, as shown, is a 3-br home and will require 2 trucks as the Breezespace and garage are built by a local site contractor. If you wanted the Breezespace built in the factory, because it's faster, that would take another truck, but not as large as required for the modules.

BTW, all MKD homes can come with garages. It's just that in most cases is does not make sense to represent them on floor plans because the postion of the garage is dependent on the lot and street access. They can be detached or attached, and of any size. MKD can also do carports.
