I just wanted to post a hello message - it doesn't look like there is alot of activity on this board but maybe we can change that!

We live in Ann Arbor in a Metcalf home that we are currently renovating. So far, I can tell you pretty much who we wouldn't use again (!) - it's been a struggle...
