HGTV/Fine Living Network Casting Call

We are looking to shoot modern Detroit/Ann Arbor area homes for a real estate-based TV show on HGTV’s Fine Living Network. The show is called “What You Get For The Money,” and compares homes across the country with only one thing in common- their price range.

Here’s what we’re looking for: homes in the 200K - 2M price ranges. We need highly contemporary architecture coupled with a modern décor, like you might see in Dwell or Metropolitan Home magazines.  Also, the homeowners are going to be on camera talking about the features of their home, so they feel comfortable and fall in the age bracket of mid 20’s to early 50’s.

I'll try, My house is a craftsman contemporary. Completely remodeled. Six inch cherry floors and ceilings, stainless, concrete, glass mosaic, and copper countertops. Currently listed for $460,000. Located in Clarkston mi.

I also know of other homes in my area that are very contemporary/modern and are listed at about a million.

I'm not a realtor. Just a big modern lover.

Wow, I'd love to see pictures of your home. We are (likely) going to retrofit a traditional craftsman/foursquare with a modern look instead of trying to build in Ann Arbor (is it true it's impossible to build in A2?). I'd love to see your ideas!
