Modern vent caps

I saw some modern vertical mount vent caps mentioned on here a while ago. I'm looking for something to cover 4 inch outlets from bathrooms, laundries etc on a vertical exterior wall.

The search facility was no help. Does anyone recall the brand or have suggestions?
