Prefab materials for Florida?

We want to build a modern prefab in Florida. All of the stick-built houses have cement walls because of hurricanes and termites. How do prefab houses deal with those issues? We would really like to pursue the U-house or something similar.
Hurricanes and termites are a nightmare for us. It not only troubles you, but also troubles me. To solve this issues. I think we should do the follows:
- Our prefab houses employed the use of chemical-free termite control strategies
