aluminum frame for custom glass panels/dividers

I would like to know if there are metal frames that can be used to construct a glass sliding door panel or a privacy partition. It would have to be aluminum and allows fitment of a piece of thin glass about .125 thick. I saw what I described as a glass divider screen in an upscale jewelry store but not sure were to obtain this hardware. Anyone have ideas?

Haefele has very nice sliding glass door hardware.

You might want to check out [url href=http://wilsonglass.com/TopHungSliderHardware.htm]Wilson Glass[/url]. They import their own version for much less.
