I have been looking for pivot doors also. The only one I could find is: http://www.spiritelements.com/ProductDetail.aspx?c=1234p=1955

I think it is around $10,000

I love it though, so I may end up splurging.

We're interested in interior pivot doors -- just standard size, no mega.

I found hollow core door slabs at Home Depot for $20 each and then some nice pivot hardware for lighter weight doors from Sugatsune:

I don't think we'll be doing any of the larger center hung pivot doors, but if you want to see a couple of images that I found I'd be happy to scan them in for you.

Jonathan,

I think the most common approach that you see in the US is to have the door made in a door shop and either have the door company, or a local carpenter install the door.  Rixon (http://www.rixson.com/) sells the pivot hardware.  Depending on the weight and size of the door, you should figure $1200-$2000 for the door, $350-$600 for the pivot hardward, another few hundred for lock and handle hardware plus 2 guys 8-10 hours for install.  Pemko (http://www.pemko.com/) sells any gaskets or sweeps you'll need.  Somewhere between $5k and $7k...little more or less depending on the details

I have not found anyone who will warrant this and longer than a GC's standard 1 year - but the finished door is usually worth it.
