Curved Metal Roof Ventilation

I'm working on a residential project that has a curved standing seam metal roof.  The apex of the roof is about a foot higher than the highest end, so I'm assuming that I need to plan for some exhaust vents at the apex.  Does anyone happen to know of a low profile exhaust vent that I could use?
