Rainscreen underlayment URGENT HELP needed.

We are installing our rainscreen (hardiboard siding) this coming week and i need a breathable underlayment material in black that is also UV stable as we have exposed ares between the joints of the Hardiboard. Can anyone tell where I can get a good materials that is somewhat affordable. Everything that I found like SRP is out of Canada and  can't find a US distributor.
