Renovating a Mid Century Modern home in Indianapolis. Newly completed project using Hardi Plank as a finished interior element. Keep a blog of all projects here: http://atomicindy.blogspot.com/

Front entryway post supporting main center beam.


Explored opening with plans of possible shelf work.


Inspiration finally struck in form of Hardi Plank cement board siding by James Hardi.

Starting to create design relationships between interior/exterior spaces. Played off these three rectangular glass block windows in exterior stone facade.

For an even more authentic stone look in fiber cement, take a look at http://www.nichiha.com/

Thier product would cut the time for a project like this by 50%. The material is prefinished and looks outstanding.
