Looking for modern casters and low profile table slide

Hello folks,
Anyone know a good source for modern furniture casters. I'm looking for something thin, aluminum and with a brake and threaded stem. I'm planning to install these into the edge of a gable which will be supporting one side of a pivoting worktop in the kitchen.
I'm also looking for a low profile (closed length of 26" or less) table extension slide (height of 1.5" or less). I've seen many with height 2" or more but low profile is important here as I have no apron on the extendable worktop to hide the slide.
Thanks,
Yasser

p.s. I like this product http://www.coolcasters.com/index.cfm/product/400_32/310-80-awt-sp-nbdesigner-aluminum-caster-swivel-plate-no-brake-tapered-profile.cfm
but it does not come with a threaded stem and brake.

I don't think it gets much better than what you found, but you might check out Doug Mockett:

I don't know how much action this will see, but if you want a heavy duty caster you should think about a medical grade caster, the kind used on all kinds of medical equipment. They last a long time, have smooth bearings, and the designs are usually pretty cool - some are made to be easy to clean - smooth, no corners for dirt to collect.

Thanks very much - I'll check out these casters. For some reason though, a low profile table slide has been difficult to locate. I thought for sure that there would be a variety out there.
Thanks,
Yasser
