This is a project that has been underway for a few years- 5 unit passive solar contemporary infill development. 2 are completed. They are energy star rated, with a HERS rating of 70 (30% more efficient than a standard home of the same size) They are built according to the guidelines of Green Build New Mexico, a rating system developed by NAHB and similar to the LEED system.
