I had to mesh two pictures together to get a bigger picture. hope this works.and the house comes to a point at the top.
The house is a 1977 tri-level home.
1800 square feet, 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 1 office/den, 1 large
bonus room, 2.5 bath. There are some things that will need to be done
soon for maintenance reasons: new roof, and the chimney needs removed
or replaced because of water entering and rotting out the structure
(its a wood box with a metal tube in the middle for the chimney). I'd
planned on removing the chimney completely and doing a gas insert.
Also the sliding glass door on the back porch is on its last leg and I
was thinking of doing a folding glass door? the windows need to be
replaced throughout (can you get black vinyl windows? I dont really
like the white).
the things I'd like to do: generally make everything modern (I have a
subscription to Dwell)
1. remodel the kitchen
2. remodel the living/dining/kitchen room (make it into a great room?)
3. remodel master and bath (a better closet setup and enlarging the bathroom)
4. modernizing the exterior (current siding is pretty old too).
