I am looking for a floor plan and/or builder that does a home just like in the Incredibles and cannot find anything. Help!

I think you need an architect.

One of the Pixar animators who worked on the film lives in an Eichler and says they took their inspiration from old Joe's work. The Eichler network site has blueprints that are for sale. However, they are not up to modern codes. We've just purchased an Eichler and I've admired them for a decade. They are really quite wonderful.

I also caught the Eichler reference in this movie, which I saw for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I thought about adding it to the modernism-in-the-media thread. Very clever animation, and the idea of modern friendly instead of modern cold steel and heartless...maybe a new trend?
;)

Several years later, but ... was just watching the Incredibles and it reminds me of William Krisel.   You can buy plans that have been updated to current code through Maxx Livingstone - http://www.maxxlivingstone.com
