deck railings?

has anyone come across any good ideas for deck railings? i have looked at Dwell and lots of other hip magazines but most everything i have seen is either steel cable, plain glass, or boring decking. it would be great to see some pictures of some more innovative ideas.

How about perforated steel? You need to either build or have someone build a frame out of steel tubing (square or round) with tabs that the perforated steel would be welded to. The panels can then be painted or powder coated. Woven steel is even cooler, but twice the cost. Or how about doing it in stainless steel? Or aluminum?

I'd have pictures, but our house isn't built yet.
