modern shed plans?

Posted by Julie Kucinski at May 28. 2006

Hi. We just poured a slab, have no plans yet. Need something that can start off as storage (but wired, etc.) but is nice enought to grow into mini-retreat/playhouse, etc. Live in MN so it needs to winter well. Any ideas beyond modern-shed.com? Does not need to be prefab, we have a friend who's an amazing builder. Our home is a craftsy looking midcentury rambler with shakes. Thanks!

How about designing your own taking cues from the modern shed?

What area of Minnesota do you live in? North of Hinckley or south of Hinckley? I am located up in the Duluth are and would be interested in talking with you about your project. I have sent you a private message containing some of my information.

ReadyMade has a set of plans for a small outdoor living space that could be modified to make it a shed. It's got a glass front that could be switched out for plywood or Hardy with no issues.
