Pics of the Breezehouse!

I scoured "cyberspace" this morning looking for some information or pictures of the Sunset Breezehouse which made its debut yesterday at Sunset Magazine's headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. I figured that both LiveModern and fabprefab would be too tired from yesterdays' events and too busy with today's events to be able to post some images overnight.

I think it looks fantastic! Michelle and team have created a very nice overview brochure on the Sunset Breezehouse (you can also find this under Marshall's LiveModern pages focused on the Breezehouse). Note that it is a 9MB download:

What do you guys think? I think they are messaging this at $140-160 per sq ft (structure only) for a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1800 sq ft-ish space...
