I like how you word the post as if the site is an archive of good design, old to new, rather than simply a front to show listings of properties for sale. Why not advertise it for what it is? A selling tool, an advertisement.

Oh strain - it's America! Why not just play along?! They sell us a line - we buy it! QUIT THINKING! :hm:

I don't know, it looks pretty cool to me. It is what you make it. If more architects would post to the site, it would be way cool! Besides I like searching for cool homes and seeing all the great design. It's not costing me a dime to search the cool architecture. Where's the problem?
