Recommendations for powerwashing outdoor cement.

Is anyone familiar with particular powerwashing products (cleaning liquids) that would not be harmful to grass in the area where overspray may occur? I have a 20'x20' cement slab in the back of a house that has some areas on it that could use a good cleaning and my thoughts are that a powerwasher could be useful for this unless anyone can share a similar experience and the methods used that might have been more successful. The areas that need to be cleaned are dark spots on the cement that happen when water slighly pools there after rain or snow. Needless to say, the area is not the best leveled, but that's how it came with the house. It's fair enough away from the house that water does not get pooled where it would be perpendicular to the house; that's a good thing.
I would mechanical grind the slab. Expose the aggregate and seal it with our Versa Glazed
Versa-Glaze is a clear, solvated thermoplastic acrylic designed for sealing over concrete patios, driveways, sidewalks, cementitious overlays, as well as various natural stone and terrazzo substrates. Versa-Glaze adds a vivid, wet-look to porous substrates as it seals and protects the substrate from stains, chemical attack, and surface wear. Versa-Glaze will also retard the formation of efflorescence. Product is available in gloss and matte finishes. Versa-Glaze is completely non-yellowing under all ranges of UV exposure.
