Need Help Finding a Realtor in NE Ohio

We have a renovated canal front property in NE Ohio (turned it into a modern loft) and are having a heck of a time finding a realtor to help us sell it. It is incredibly unique for our area and also quite a bit larger than most of the other homes near us-- which although our price per square foot is lower than average for our town, the size and lack of comps is scaring people away.  The home is beautiful and has so much potential for the right buyer.  We are looking for a realtor who isn't afraid to think outside the box and get this home marketed to those city dwellers who appreciate our town's charm and fantastic prices.  

Does anyone have suggestions on how to find aggressive and creative realtors who understand what they're working with?  So far we've had NO luck and everyone we've spoken to has walked away scratching their heads.  We currently do have it listed with someone but she has asked us to find someone else.  HELP!  Here is a link to our home: http://www.mighty7.com/home/index.html
