I'm looking for a make & model of this 1960's Danish Lounge armchair

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and was hoping that someone can help me track down this Lounge chair. I first noticed it in the movie 'Layer Cake' but I have not been able to find it anywhere. I was able to find a small thumbnail image that contained it but it was a cached google image since the link now shows a different image.
I've included a screen shot of the lounge armchair.
Any help would be appreciated it.
