vintage couch from Home Chair Company Ronda, NC

excuse the protocol here, but this is my first post - I own a 1953 house and recently purchased this oddity. It's a couch with two pads as shown, the only marking is HOME CHAIR COMPANY Ronda, NC - is anyone here familair with this manuf. ? The orig owners said it was in the family for "at least 40 years" and it's in great condition. It's somewhere between a couch, a sleeper, and a ..er, crib. I liked the sky-blue "Seattle World's Fair" 1962 blue so I bought it. I'd like to know the history though...

Happy Holidays...I have a Home Chair Co. Chair as well. Mine is more of a lounge chair. I am wondering if you ever found anything out about the company? I cant find a thing. I love there designs and in this day and age I cant believe I cant found out a thing about them. thx
