Rental in Santa Monica / Venice?

Hello West Coasters!

Three of us are coming out for CA Boom 3 on March 23rd (From Jacksonville, FL). Does anyone have any ideas for interesting modern and/or industrial rentals that are available for 5 - 6 days? House / Condo /Loft. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And if necessary but not preferred, nice moderate hotels near by.
