After much consideration, my husband and I have decided to relocate to N.C. for a slower pace of life and a better school system for my younglings.
One of our saddest goodbyes is going to be to our home, which we had custom designed and spent many hours and months rehabbing into what could potentially be a Dwell magazine cover.
We are going to be selling it, and I wanted to get the word started. If any of you are Realtors and have a potential buyer, please contact me.. We have already decided on a listing agent, so please, no solicitation calls or emails. We will consider selling it early (Sale by owner) before it is listed and paying a 3 percent commission to the buyers agent. Otherwise, it is going on the market at a 5% commission by next month.
You can see a few photos of the home by clicking on the link below. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Living and dining, den, eat in kitchen, Expansive views, 2 HUGE outdoor decks, A flat grassy backyard, A tea house on the upper terrace in back yard, Walls of glass, Duravit (Philippe Starck) bathroom fixtures, Fleetwood windows and doors, bamboo flooring on first floor, new kitchen, copper piping throughout home. COMPLETELY REHABBED AND UPDATED.
The Den features a state of the art home theatre system with a motorized 8 foot drop down projector screen and Niles whole house audio system. The Niles audio system features recessed speakers in every room of the house w/ individual computerized control panels in each room. There is even a recessed IPOD doc in the living room. Put your ipod in, and listen to it throughout the home while it is recharging.
The home is offered at $1,200,000
Any buyers, please contact me via email. AGENTS, BRING YOUR BUYER, BUT- PLEASE NO LISTING SOLICITATION CALLS….
