My wife and I have been looking at one acre lots in various
neighborhoods in and around LA on which to build an approx. 3500 - 4000
sq. ft. contemporary house.



We really like the idea of prefab rather than traditional construction.
Really like the 6040 floor plan (expanded just a bit) and several of
the Resolution 4 designs.



As we are very busy running multiple businesses, time is our limiting
factor, along with confusion about the best way to proceed.



- It would be great to get together with other people somewhere
in the process of building a prefab or even a modern residence in LA to
compare notes, share tips and contacts. We'd be happy to host a
get-together at our home in Los Feliz, I already have a couple people
interested.



- Anyone who would like to guide us through the process as an
architect/general contractor specializing and experienced in modern
and/or prefab construction is welcome to contact us- we want to build
our primary residence first, then, (if it's not a nightmare!)
investigate building other modern residences for sale.
