I'm looking for a contractor who can remodel/add to my existing home.

The scope of work involves approximately 650 SF ground floor addition and significant remodel to the existing house … a total of about 1,500 SF with the addition plus a detached garage and landscaping.

The design, construction, and structural engineering documents are done.

The home is located in the South Bay.

i dont know any builders in the southbay, but you may want to have your architect reconsider some of those roof patterns. some of the conditions illustrated there are going to be hard to waterproof and you may void the roofing warranty. also try to avoid (if pos) internal downspouts.
