Nice, but base price for the smallest one is $215,000.

how small is that. 215k does not sound too bad? What is the area?

From the website, the $215K quote is for the 660 sf version, with a 330
sf deck. Not included are all other site costs (foundation, stairs,
garage, etc.) nor the basic installation charge (another $27K). There
are larger models.



I've heard rave reviews from folks that saw the home as part of last
weekend's Prefab Now conference hosted by Dwell and the Hammer Museum.
There's another open house tomorrow.

The larger one,Model 3 is 1325 sq feet runs $295,000 with basic installation coming in at $33,050--.

Anyone see this in the flesh so to speak?
