I read of a couple building an lvl in los angeles and the post referred to a Scott Engel, a mortgage broker at Santa Monica based First Capital I cant seem to find this person. Anyone have leads so I can look into buying a lvl to build in northern california? thanks, michael

If you poke around there, you'll find the reference to Engel.
