Solar contractors around Pasadena/LA

We are doing a home remodel and a large project I am pushing for is to install a PV system to handle most of our electricity. But I am having trouble figuring out who is a REALLY good contractor in the area. I want someone who will take care of all the paperwork, rebates, and working with the power company to make sure the install is as seamless as possible and installs the most reliable and best suited system for our needs.
Anyone have experience?
