Does any have info on who providers modern modular housing for the tennessee area?
can we get the glidehouse in TN?

I'm certain that you could get a Glidehouse delivered. Michelle K.
could brief you on any codes etc. for tailoring to our specific
area. Do drop her a line and ask! It is exciting to see a request
for this style level for TN.

One thing I see (and this is just my opinion) is that we live
in a lower median income area causing some great designs to be
a bit pricey. By California standards what is a bargain, is
a very different scenario when comparing to standard housing.
The good thing is that the purpose of this board is to bring
up scenarios like this and to make progress making all things
equal, available and more affordable! Just stating something
that has been a setback for my leap - hopefully I'm wrong

There are other great designs in addition to check such as
Lazor, The LV Home and Greg La Vardera that should all have
options for TN delivery. Please feel free to post questions

Hey Aurora,
I'm in the same boat. I'd love a Breezehouse, but alas, not in our area. If you look around the site you'll lots of the same canned answer from Marshal concerning pretty much every place outside of the West Coast. Knoxville has one of the biggest builders of modular homes in the World. Maybe with enough interest Michelle Kaufmann will revisit the poor neglected South

We are building a Hive Modular B-Line Medium in Nashville.  We were told that they recently took an order for one in Chattanooga as well.
