Editorial Rating:
We realize that Tullahoma is a bit of a trek from Knoxville, but since there are no other TN forums....
Due to a job relocation, we are selling our home, known as the Shipp House, located in Tullahoma, Tennessee. The house was designed in 1972 by a Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice, Lee Prout of Joyce, Pearson Prout, and won an AIA award in 1976. We purchased the home several years ago from the original owners and did an extensive renovation throughout the interior (exterior remains original). Full details and photos are here:

Included in the sale are the architect's drawings and construction diagrams of the house, as well as the framed AIA award.
For those who don't know, Tullahoma is a small, picturesque town located 75 miles from Nashville and 75 miles from Chattanooga. The town is close to boating and fishing opportunities (Tims Ford Lake, most notably), hiking trails, horse farms, historic sites, antique shops, etc.
Feel free to contact us or our agent (listed at the end of the web page above) for further information.
Our house is now back on the market, listed with a new broker. The new MLS number is 863437, and price has been reduced from $419,000 to $397,000. Here is a direct link to the listing:
